Business Speech Improvement offers a wide variety of courses which address many common facets of effective communication.

Payment Information
- Payment can now be made ONLINE by credit card! Look for the "Add to Shopping Cart" button after classes or click on a book cover, to make your purchase or payment.
- Business Speech Improvement is registered on the Central Contractor Registration. It accepts micro-purchases from the US Government, state and local governmental agencies.
- Payment is by corporate or personal check (or money order), made payable to Business Speech Improvement.
- Payment must be in US dollars.
- Confirmation of your place in the class will be made by e-mail when your check is received.
- All payment is due seven days before the first day of class.
- Any other payment arrangements must be approved in advance by the director of Business Speech Improvement.
