Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please cancel via text or e-mail to info@BusinessSpeechImprovement.com at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 72 hours written notice will receive a credit for a future session or a refund, if requested. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact me and I will issue you a coupon code to reschedule your appointment.
